In advance of COP26 in Glasgow this year, we would like to invite the International Geography Community to come together virtually to find out a bit more about what each organisation is planning with regards to support of climate change and the SDGs and discuss how we might better collaborate going forward.
The plan is to hold a virtual meeting on Tuesday 22nd June 2pm BST (UK time) via zoom. We are looking for senior staff members to represent your organisation for an opportunity to meet and discuss ideas and to explore opportunities for a better collaboration.
Please let us know if you are able to attend by nominating 2-3 senior members of staff, ideally including a research lead and a communications/education lead and register by reply to this email.
